1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PMDS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
PMDS provides website development, hosting, SEO, and digital marketing services for small businesses. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
- Website projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
- Monthly services are billed in advance
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the custom design and content created specifically for your project. PMDS retains the right to use project examples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and content
- Timely feedback during the project
- Ensuring content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
6. Limitation of Liability
PMDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
